Vodacom (Dumb sales consultant?)

I received a call from Vodacom ***) on 07/05/2020 at 00:09:49 to my cell number: *** in response to a quote for funeral cover. I answered the call and got no response. After a few seconds a consultant starts responding. I advised the consultant that i answered the call and got no response and asked if there was a delay on the line. The consultant does not wait for me to finish speaking and keeps on interrupting me mid-sentence, and then tells me to stop shouting at him. I ask to speak to someone else. He however tells me that i should get insurance cover elsewhere and proceeds to drop the call. How is this consultant allowed to work in the sales department for Vodacom.
