vodacom dstv now data is a joke

im kind of ****ed at the poor service vodacom has been offering. I bought 1gig vodacom video data for dstv now streaming, worst mistake of my life... ever since Tuesday I have almost spent 500mb on streaming from my own data coz the data dont work. called vodacom and the 1st consultant tells me he cant help me coz I failed the security check questions. 2nd consultant. I answers the same questions I did with the 1st 1 and I miraculously pass. but thats nothing. she tells me that I must use the link to watch and not use the app..4 days later and they havent sent the freeken link. 3 consultant is more honest then then all of them. she told me she does not know why this is happening and that she will log an incident. the next day I get a call from them and they tell me what I already know.. that the data is loaded. they also told me that the incident was closed. how do you close a query.without an answer. its like being asked what's 1+1 and u dont answer but still get marked. im even contemplating on canceling my contracts. angry client.
