Vodacom dropped standard

I took in my cell phone for repairs on the 17/05/2017. The issue with my phone was only the LCD screen that was damaged. I had the phone booked in for repairs. on the 23rd i received a notifiction of my excess amount that i would be requried to cover. No issues there. Today the 25th of May 2017 i get into my car during my lunch hour to fetch my phone.

To my surprise the phone is fixed but in the process they damged my phone. The technician that was busy with my phone did not do his/her job correctly the first time. Now after using my petrol and time to witness such poor quality in service. I am required to make the same journey again. Nevermind the fact that, what has happend to my phone might actually lead tome bringing the phone back for a different issue.

My phone is the Sony Xperia M aqua. I doubt that it will still be water proof after what i just witnessed.

I hope that someone who is a technician or manager at Vodacom repairs fourways can give me a call and explain to me on how this happens.

regards,

Alec Chibula

**********
