VODACOM DOUBLED MY MONTHLY BILLING WITHOUT CONSENT
Months after my contract expired, without notice or my consent Vodacom increased my monthly billing to more than double than what the contract states and what have been paying. The copy of the original contract is in my possession and it doesn't say anything about an increase after the initial contract period. The matter has been discussed with several Vodacom staff. PLEASE RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT

09 Mar 2021, 14:34The hard copy of the contract is with me and only indicates one amount as the monthly subscription amount. No-where does it indicate any "discount" or "normal subscription amount".
The argument that Randal Gavincross from Vodacom pushes is that "the reduced monthly subscription was only applicable for the 24 month contract period, and reverts to the normal subscription amount after that".
When asked where the contract refers to that "normal subscription amount" he cannot show me.
I have never agreed to pay the increased amount which Vodacom invoices me
