Vodacom Double Debits NO AUTHORISATION

I have been double debited on 31/12/2015 without my authorisation how dare you do this its theft end of story how many hundreds of millions have you ****** and made on interest alone you have failed your customers as time has gone by your service has gone from bad to totally f ucked up this is the last straw i want my money back and don't even dare telling me there will be no debits next month i need my money you thieving ass holes i will be removing my debit order tomorrow
