Vodacom double debit
Double debit on my account amount to two bills at R499 each. Total of 1k. The excuse is a \glitch"in the system. Sorry Vodacom"

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the system error on our side.
It may already have been communicated to you that Vodacom will ensure that the refund and all associated banking charges are paid by close of business on Monday at the earliest.
I will continue to monitor your account and inform you once this is done.
