Vodacom - Double Data - **** -No Feedback after Numerous attempt to contact
I have bought a Double Data promotion fromVodacom. Buy 2 G and get 2 G free.
Did speak to a call Centre agent and said it was a technical error.
He ask me to send a screenshot of the transaction which I did.
I have send 3 three follow up emails with no response from Vodacom.
Email addresses used - documents ********** , ********** ********** **********
I am disappointed to say the least about Vodacom lack of service level which is non existent.
Will definitely not upgrade in July.
