Vodacom Double Data Deal Lies
Vodacom as usual outsmarting it's customers by "Selling Double Bundle Data" on a Social Media Platform..... You go and buy that Bundle in your Vodacom App just to find out that you never actually get the double data deal..... Now when I query it, I get arrogant responses from FB Messenger stating they are looking into it...... 21 Days later they still looking.... For what.... Go on my account, check purchases, re imburse my double data, simple as that.... Now it takes 21 Days and I get no satisfaction at all....... Anybody else from Vodacom that can sort this out...... Vodacom owes me double data deals from the 24 August 2020 up and till now 13th October 2020 where I still have not recieved any double data deals
