Vodacom dopping the ball
Hi
I need assistance. I have asked the Corporate Account Manager for help changing my contract which has come to an end to prepaid. He said I must go to an outlet.
Went to the outlet and they said they cannot help. Asked on twitter and they said I must do it via my Account Manager. I send requests to Corporate many times now. I get read receipt but I do not get ANY response. What must I do? I cannot keep wasting my time and money like this. Who can assist!!!!
