Vodacom dont want to stop but always ready to go

Hi I am trying to contact Vodacom since last week I have cellphone contract that will end this month

Tried calling multiple times

I finally got trough after almost half an hour and spoke to a consultant, whilst she was checking to call ended.

Can you assist
