Vodacom dont want to cancel my contract which was already fully expired

Unprofessional ,useless Vodacom consultants. I have phone to cancel my Vodacom contract which was already fully expired on 1 November 2023 and the consultant 40 min was telling me that he will not cancel my contract, Becouse I was a good client for 8 years. I had to phone again and again to find some consultant that is more professional that understand and respect the client wish. Finally after long time discussion they have send me sms that my contract will be canceled on 30 November 2023. I will never ever recommend VODACOM to anyone.
