Vodacom don't want to cancel my contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last 3 years and funds are deducted every month. Sent from shop to shop. I've sent emails and called and been told it's canceled but still deductions continue. Shop staff are rude and unhelpful and act as if you bothering them.
