Vodacom dont want the businuess from young professionals

My daughter had for many years a cellphone contract. Then she went to university and eventually finished. Bank credit card etc. Now she want to take over the cellphone contract and it seems that Vodacom has minimum requirements which implies she does not qualify. Kind of would like to know if this is how Vodacom sees the business not wanting to accommodate young professionals. Then Vodacom can quickly add entertainment services to your bill and hoped they would get away with it. What kind of an organisation is this. The banks accept young professionals to pay back study loans. What is minimum requirements?
