Vodacom dont know anything about customer service
I contacted Vodacom on the 5th February 2016 in regards to a matter that I was very suspicious on an upgrade on a cell phone contract that is on my name and ID number that was taken out 2 years ago. I have asked them since 5th February to please send me proof of my signature on the contract and where I took this contract out as it is not a cell phone number I know. I have called every week or so, I have sent emails and I have proof that they are read. I have spoken to the people in the legal department and I have been advised on 2 occasions that the call has been closed. I am still waiting for a response. I have a service reference but this does not seem to mean anything.
I have been a Vodacom client for many years and pay a lot on my accounts, but I am seriously consider closing my contract with Vodacom and moving over to another service provider as I honestly think Vodacom does not feel anything for the \ everyday clients\" like me.
I have just spoken to contacted them again and have now again been told that my reference number does not exist... am i surprised ??????
"

On the 18th of April i received a "a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query", to date (5th July) i am still waiting for that to happen.
I have been phoning and phoning and have to explain the full story everytime and i am asked my contact number, then i am told please stay on the line while i find out, then they never come back to me. Surely they have my number and if i get cut off you would think that they are busy with the investigation and will call you back.
In the meantime i have Vodacom calling me to advise i am such a loyal customer and they would like to offer me other deals!
Could someone give me the contact details of the correct person that i need to speak to, because this is now absolutely unacceptable.
