Vodacom don't keep track of customer payments

I'm utterly disappointed in vodacom. They keep calling us for a payment but I already made a payment on the 1 st of September 2022. The full amount of R1588. 63 as my app shows. I been at vodacom for more than 10 years now and I've never missed a payment. I pay the full amount every month.!!!for 2 days now I get a answering machine that calls and state I didn't pay yet. Vodacom please check your system before calling.
