Vodacom don't keep to their word, they just want to make a quick buck.

Vodacom inform you that it takes 3 to 5 working days to receive your phone, but days later still nothing. You have to keep running after them to hear when it will arrive and all they say is that it was dispatched, and they will send an email. If I knew this, I could have rather dealt with CellC.
