Vodacom dont keep to their word

I had a query about my sons watsapp bundle *** that is not working and two bundles that was suppose to be refunded. I waited a week for someone to contact me. I was told again that the problem will be fixed and the bundles refunded. 3 days laterand still no refund. Ive been with vodacom for years. Recently im so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
