VOdacom dont give a F*** about client service

I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of Vodacom accounts dept. everytime i get through to the call centre they say they will transfer me but end up at the call centr again, i tried since 16h15 yesterday and eventually after 5 and speaking to a supervisor i was told they knock off at 17h00. I missed a payment in May because of switching details but made an immediate arrangement to catch up the outstanding amount over 2 months over and above the amount owed for that month and Vodacom advised if i stick to the arrangement they wont cut my line, i stuck to the arrangement but the line was still cut and the accounts dept. are not reachable, also every call centre agent including the supervisor (Ishmail) sounded as if having a job was not high up on their priorities list and didnt even attempt to assist with my issue just kept saying there is nothing we can do for you.

its been a total of 4 hours trying to get hold of someone to assist, and this ismy last resort please can someone senior contact me, i am aware that client are not high up on Vodacoms agenda but maybe just once someone can break the stigma of service delvery in South Africa and actually provide a valuable service and HELP the clients.

I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of Vodacom accounts dept. everytime i get through to the call centre they say they will transfer me but end up at the call centr again, i tried since 16h15 yesterday and eventually after 5 and speaking to a supervisor i was told they knock off at 17h00.
