VODACOM DONT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH PROMISES OF A CONSUTANT CONTACTING YOU

after complaining that i mysteriously have new contracts done online by vodacom consultants and vodacom promising a consultant will contact me no one has got in touch with me. I have checked my messages and have no voice message to call anyone back. I am so sick of vodacoms attitude it is shocking they treat customers with such disdain. If any vodacom consultants says they tried to reach me but couldnt get me i will ask did you leave a message and when they say no well isnt this typical of vodacom and the way they look after their customers. I strongly advise do not use vodacom they are not interested in you . We need a class action suit against companies that rip us off like this.
