Vodacom dont care at all if my parents that are old already cant get hold of me because they dont want to help me and fix the problem.

I upgrade my phone to a contract 600 minutes just because they cant help me if i am not on a contract. So i took out the contract Then the same problem are there. I phone 4 times each time hold for 20 minute before someone help me and then they say they try this and that and at the end they told me i need to go into a voda shop I went in today to a vodacom shop sorry they do not know they cant help me I took out a contract , phone 4 time so was on the phone for 1 hour and no one want to help me

My parents stay alone and they can't get hold of me because my problem are as follow I can phone out and receive whats apps est but no one can phone me

And the biggest problem is that no one wants to fix the problem or help me

I am really disappointing in vodacom Its just they don't care at all/
