Vodacom don't care about thier customers

So yesterday I put a review up here and vodacom contacted me and said they would sort the problem out after the phone call well guess what your stuff just don't care about customers or should I say vodacom don't care about thier customers cause if you did we wouldn't be in this position asking for things to be done and all I ask is that can someone with Abit of knowledge help me sort out my issue cause it's nice taking money in return for nothing but when it's the other way round vodacom have a fit so sort my problem!!!!!
