VODACOM dont care about their loyal customers

I did my upgrade telephonically on the 4th or 5th April. The gentle i spoke to advised me they had stock of the P20 Lite in blue and the timeframe for delivery. I decided mid week the following week to follow up, only to be told there is no stock of this order. I requested for Vodacom to call me back and was then told the new stock is arriving that week. I then said well it doesn't matter what colour phone i get, just get the upgrade sorted as my husband is sitting without a phone. I spoke to a team leader who apologized and advised me to let her resolve this and promised me delivery on Monday, 16th. I didn't get her name as i was already annoyed, but since all calls are recorded i didn't think it would be a problem. Monday - no delivery. I follow up again and get told but they have a different delivery address. I have relocated back to Cape Town from JHB over a year ago and this team leader even confirmed my delivery address at work (working hours) and yet they still got it all wrong. I called again on Monday after leaving several messages for any team leader or manager to call me. Again, no one bothers to phone me. I then start taking down names and speak to a team leader - Christina who tells me to please allow her to fix this problem for me. I agree but i tell her i am not happy since i have been a customer of Vodacom for over 20 years and have 5 contracts with them. Again she apologises and says the original person who took the order will be spoken to and will call me. She then calls me back to confirm my work address in Cape Town... Guess what, Tuesday no phone... I call again.... request that a team leader call me, no one phones again. Wednesday, 18th April i cannot make any more calls to Vodacom as i have exceeded my limit for the month. Clearly since they don't bother to phone their customers back but also very conveniently i can only call again in May. I then get my mom to call from her Vodacom number, she requests for anyone in upgrades to call me. No one phones me. Thursday, 19th April, my mom leaves several messages for anyone to call me back. Jocelyn Job then calls me i explain my story for the umpteenth time. She says Ram had the incorrect details for me, and my phone was off. I then speak to another guy by the name of Moja, and he too cut me off.... My phone is NEVER off, and sits in front of me on my desk. When i go out of office, to the kitchen, bathroom or outside, my phone goes with me. NO ONE called me. I then request for Christina who promised to fix this on Monday to call me and also for someone higher than her position to call me and she wants to put me on hold AGAIN. I refuse and tell her to make sure someone calls me back as i am tired of been put on hold and cut off. In the mean time i track my own parcel at Ram and they tell me they have the Midrand address. I again call Jocelyn and she tells me they have advised RAM of the correct address. Funny that RAM knows nothing about it. Who and how is taking down incorrect information when i have been repeating myself to more than enough employers at Vodacom and still they cannot get it right. Tomorrow is Friday, and guess what still no phone call from Christina or her manager. Unfortunately now, my mothers calls to Vodacom are also exceeded. I am beyond disgusted in the shocking service. Clearly after 20 years i mean nothing to Vodacom.... And my husband will go without a phone for a 3rd weekend. What nonsense is this? They don't phone back, they make empty promises. And clearly the communication is non existant!!! What must a person do to get good customer service these days? I am in customer service and would of been fired ages ago if i treated even one customer like this.
