Vodacom don't care about their customers and are *********** to resolve issues

Vodacom has the most pathetic service. I have reported a ***** case on my account and are receiving no feedback whatsoever. They say feedback will be received within 7 - 14 working days. I reported the case on 02 January 2024 and again on 08 February 2024. Still no feedback. Still they insist on me paying for services that I have not initiated. I did not pay for these services and now all my services with Vodacom has been blocked, although I am still paying for the services i signed up for on a monthly basis. How can they expect me to pay R4000 for services I did not ask for?? How is this fair?? I have been a customer for over 25 years and my account has never been in arrears. Vodacom should wake up and attend to matters like this. How do they expect customers to pay for services untill the matter is resolved and will then refund the money back. What if it is only resolved after 2 years at the rate they are going?? This is really unacceptable in my opinion and certainly not the way to treat loyal customers. So here I am with no means of communication due to the incompetency of Vodacom

Hi
Not sure how you will get in touch with me as you have stopped all my Vodacom services and I cannot be reached on my mobile as I cannot receive or make any calls.
I have supp**** my work telephone number (This is a DRC number) and I am told via a Vodacom sms that I can't be reached on this number. Surely you can make international calls. The number is +***78
image.png 12.1 KB
It would also help if Vodacom can respond to the numerous emails I have sent to:
***
********
********

It seems as if these mailboxes are not even monitored or attended to.

I have also asked before for the voice recordings where I agreed for new services from Vodacom, or copies of paperwork where I signed for these new services. It seems as if this can not be supp****, so how can you hold me accountable for a bill of R4000?

I am stating again, the numbers *** and *** does not belong to me and I did not initiate this from my side. Now I am receiving messages that my request is being processed for number *** to be changed to pre-paid. I have not been in touch with Vodacom regarding any changes and addition of new services, so someone is still messing with my account without my consent. I have onlty been in touch with Vodacom to report these ***** cases. But yes, absolutely nothing is done about it.

I am also just mentioning again. I am only paying for the products and services I initiated and gave my consent for. You can check my records as I have kept my accounts up to date with the last payment made on 24 February 2024. I wil not pay the almost R4000 in arrears and wait till Vodacom eventually give the ***** case attention.

IT IS UNFAIR TO BLOCK MY SERVICES DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCY.
