Vodacom don't care about their clients Whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My previous review was closed without being attended to. I want Vodacom to produce proof that I called them and asked them to change my data contract from a 10GB to a 5GB per month at (R268.26).

Imagine requesting to pay R268.26 per month for a 5GB data, whereas others are paying R150 for a 20GB or more data in other networks. Imagine that!!!!

One of their Cancellation agents told me that I'll be stuck with this deal until the year 2022 or else I must give them R4000 to cancel the contract.

The contract that I never requested.

I'm so furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
