Vodacom don't care about people

I blocked a phone and sim over a month ago thinking the phone had been ****** , but my grandson had put it away. When we found the phone I did the usual that is required and handed it in to be told that the unblivkung would take 7-14 days si now I'm stuffed as the phone is useless and vodacom do not care . I find this absolutely dastardly as they want money to run the phone but wont help in the least . They dont care about people who have been loyal for many a year.
