Vodacom dont cancel contracts
Hi all. My vodacom contract was finished as my 2 years were up. I cancelled the contract as I was going to Australia. Now 4 months later and they keep deducting my account. I have e-mailed them countless times and asked them to pls just cancel my contract but get a different reply every time. Contract never get cancelled. Eventually I blocked the debit order at my bank and now they are threatening me with a lawayer. And this for R151-57. I emailed back and once again asked pls just cancel the contract. They clearly refuse to cancell my contract. So be aware, vodacom does not do cancellations even if your contract term is up.
