VODACOM ***** DONE ON MY PERSONAL NAME
on the 22 January i was *****ulently debited from my account for a new contract open on my name without my consent i send the ***** department and email and i received the below response Good day
Please be advised that contract on Vodacom account I*** ID *** is cancelled, reference EC-1TDN-1CYSMU. We have deleted the number and updated your payment profile.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the delayed response.

i thought the problem was resolve than on the 22 February Vodacom *****ulently debit my account again and than afterwards i get this MBD calling me to advise my account need to be paid yet this is a ***** case Vodacom need to be brought to book as my personal information has been compromise and i will be taking legal action as last year on my business account i also had ***** done when additional numbers were added to one of my contracts it took them 2 months to rectify and still i haven't got any info how this theft of personal information was done. I advise public stay away from Vodacom you are not safe. I need this sorted out as i will continue reversing the debit orders as i do not have any Vodacom contracts on my personal name apart from my business contract which on my business Vodacom you need to get your act together as this ***** cases can not continue.

I am now getting calls from MBD advising to pay my account i need to get one thing clear is that i have no personal contracts with Vodacom this is a ***** case and Vodacom need to sort it out i will be going to my local police station today to file a report and i am not going to let this rest i want details as to which store these *****ulent contracts were taken out and i want the those in charge to be held accountable. I wont let this rest easily. I a have engage with my lawyers Vodacom can expect a notice very soon.
