Vodacom don't want me and my wife to different
Vodacom don't want me and my wife to deduct our accounts seprarately. However we did apply for a Vodacom account separately .I don't understand how difficult is it to have separate accounts .
This also create a problem for me at my company were I need to claim back on my cellphone account.

Last week I did went to Keywest Krugersdorp to put my cellphone on my own account . I did exsplane to the person the reason why I want to do it he then exsplane to me that is no problem and that he will do it for me .He then make some calls from a cellphone he even ask me my bank account number which I then provide him with .I then ask him that he must make sure that he keep my account seprarately from my wife's account he then said to me that it is no problem that it will be sorted out.He then said to me that there will be no problem with my account and that my account is now separetly from my wife account I then ask him if he is sure he then said to me it is sorted. Yesterday I then phone Vodacom only to find out that my wife and my account is still one.
I don't know how can Vodacom doing businesses in this manner .It is my right to that they deduct my account from my account.
