Vodacom don't care about their customers

Between the 8 - 11 July I phoned Vodacom to change my debit order from the 25th of each month to the 1st. Great! No problem! Then came the 25th and I got the shock of my life when I saw Vodacom tried to debit my bank account. Ok, so I phone them the nest day and complained. Kelebohile said she will get a team leader to listen to the call as they have no record of me changing the debit order & I should get feedback latest 24 hours. Fine. Wednesday no call. Thursday I phone again. Kgomotso promised me the same thing. NOTHING! Saturday I start getting messages from Vodacom demanding payment, but I haven't received my feedback yet! I phoned in again. Asked Bianca if I can speak to a Team Leader as I felt asking the customer care agent to give the message to the team leader twice and not getting feedback, didn't work. Unfortunately I didn't write down this lady's name, but I know I made the call at 9:18. she promised me to phone me back in 2 hours. Well gues what?! It is 20 hours later and I still haven't had my feedback!

Vodacom, it is clear that you don't care about your customers. I refuse to pay the charges that you add for returned debit orders and I demand that you pay back my bank charges for the returned debit order. I want my feedback by Monday 17:00 latest or I am changing networks! You can make demands and so can I!
