Vodacom don't care!

I went to vodacom shop in Clearwater mall in December to upgrade my contract and got an S7 edge. Same day I got it I realised it was freezing- I went to the shop again the next day and they said u should monitor it for another day which I did and it still froze! I took it back the next day and it was booked in- I was then told a software upgrade was done on the fone and they gave the device back on the 10th January. I tried using it and it had the same problem- I took it back the next day and was told they need to book it in again. Upon my enquiry on the 20th I was told the Technical department refuses to approve for a new device as they say there is nothing wrong with the device. The technical lady at the vodacom shop checked the fone and used it and saw exactly what I experienced.

It's the 28th and when I received my bill for the month and I'm charged for the device that I don't have! The Samsung technical department just don't care! Vodacom is reneging on their OBF policy! I'm beyond my wits end now!

2 years ago when I upgraded my fone I experienced similar problems! Is this going to be trend!
