Vodacom don't abide by insurance contract.

My phone had liquid damage beyond repair and I have an insurance that cover liquid damage. They are telling me that the contract that I have signed I qualify for phone replacement from R2501-R5000. I have a copy of my contract with clearly state that I have qualify for a phone from R5001-R7000 and Its even circled. Vodacom insurance says that if I take a phone that costs more that R5000, I need to pay the difference. I showed the consulted copy of my contract however the Vodacom insurance insists that I take a phone between R 2501-R5000. They tell me that the contract that I have signed and the amount that I pay makes me falls under R2501- R5000. I don't understand how possible is that while I have a copy of the contract that I have signed which state I fall under batch four which is R5001-R7000. I don't want to pressured into what I didn't signed up for I just want what is due to me. I also understand that According to the terms of the contract I have to par R500 access, 10% the value of the new phone that I will be taking and If the phone is worth more than R 7000, I will need top pay the difference.
