Vodacom doing what they do best

My wife's vodacom contract expired on 5 July. As she was requested she terminated the contract to go on pay as you go on 3 June. As I understand it thats more tban 30 days notice. Ref ***. This is on the number ***. In all their wisdom and inefficiency they didn't terminate the contract and have now billed her for end July for another month. When she phoned they **** to ber saying her contract expires end July. I wasn't born yesterday. On My Vodavom the end of contract is clearly 5 July 2019 and as I mentioned we have a ref nr for notice 30 days prior to that. What more do they want? They just lie and go ahead and bill you. They bave everything on recording that was discussed in excess of 30 days before the contract should have expired, and of today's discussion. I dare them to listen to it. That's why we are terminating all contracts at this service provider as they expire. Not honorable and trust worthy in all dealings I've had with them over the years. Continuous battles in trying to get your money back. Numerous insidents over the years. I haven't had the same problems with any of the other service providers Ive been using. Beware!
