Vodacom doing me dirty once again even after paying the amount owed to them

Poor service when epcially at the contracts cancellations department…. I wrote a review early this year, they called me now i paid but still im unable to get help cancelling the contract even after paying the owed amount. Im honestly drained and tired of dealing with this matter. The contract was extended without my knowledge and now they cant even send me a copy of the recording where i authorised the contract extention. Im tired its affecting my credit score negetively. I dont even know what to do anymore beacause i cant even get hold of their agents anywhere.
