Vodacom doesn't want to take accountability for Faulty APPLE IPHONE X device they sold to me
I bought an Apple IPhone X 64G serial no: ********** ********** 2 at Vodashop Illanga Mall on the 02-01-2019. Since I bought this it has been in for repairs twice and i have sent it back again today (06/06/2019)for the 3rd time Job no1 : ********** 1, Job no2: ********** 5 and still havent received the 3rd Job no cause i dropped the phone at the Shop telling them that i do not want the phone any more, cause of the problems that i has been giving since i bought it . my concern is I'm paying for a device that's meant to be working, however it doesn't give me that peace of mind since i bought it . I have spoken to Elisma the Branch Manager and have dealt with JP as one of the service consultants that I need a replacement phone or they should just cancel the contract and leave the data and Voice call contract i will decide on which device contracts I can take . I asked them to replace the phone the 2nd time i booked the phone and they refused and again now im experiencing the very same problem that i've experienced for the 1st time and they still dont give me something instead they tell tell me that its apple devices therefore they do not take responsibility for their devices. so my question is why sell it if you do not want to take responsibility why should it be my problem if i bought the phone from Vodacom , Vodacom should take the A and deal with Apple and not tell me about Apple being responsible . I need this sorted ASAP i cannot be inconvenienced like this . i have had this phone for 20 weeks but in the 20 weeks I've only had it for 14 weeks meaning the 6 weeks i have been paying for a phone which i do not have . i also need a refund for the 6 weeks that i haven't had a phone and i want also offred a loan or temp phone to use while phone was in for repairs .
