Vodacom doesnt want to cancel my cellphone insurance !!!!

Vodacom is really refusing to cancel my cellphone insurance. I canceled my contract in January and In February i tried canceling my cellphone insurance and they just let my call ring without an answer. then I got an SMS to rate their service, the lady who was on the call was Nosabatha Faith, she promised to send an internal request to cancel my insurance. Then i waited till end of Feb to check if it was canceled, today i check my statement and invoice, to my surprise, cellphone insurace is still charged! I want to warn anyone who is considering cellphone insurance at Vodacom to not even try, its hard to get it canceled, im stuck today!!
