Vodacom doesn't want our business

I've recently rated Vodacom 2-stars and recommended not doing business with them due to no response, leaving me stranded, taking my money without cancelling contracts as promised and absolutely refusing for me to speak to anyone higher than a consultant, who consistently not solve the issue and then disappears, resulting in me having to start over with he next consultant. Ridiculous I know.

Now I've rated them a 1-star..... After my HP post, Vodacom committed to calling me...but with the same modus operandi as above - they called once 2or3 days after saying they would call. I could not talk, then they never called again as usual. My advise remains - look for a service provider who takes you, the customer, seriously.

This is not the first time Vodacom promises a resolve. It's been weeks and I've been through 6 consultants, all just ignoring my issue and relying on automated responses like the above to make the customer go away....my advise in the main complaint remains - learn from what I'm going through and stay away from Vodacom.

Just a follow up - my first HelloPeter was 9 December. Today is the 17th with no fix yet - in fact, I have not even been contacted yet. The "private reply" above just had more promises, but no results. I think this answers the question for you, whether to use Vodacom or not.
