Vodacom doesn't want my business
It seems like Vodacom doesn't want my business.
On 27 Nov I went into Vodacom Shop Mall of Africa to open a new contract under my business for the Black Friday 900gb LTE promo. I was assisted by N. Dube. I filled in all the forms supp**** everything required (This is my first contract with Vodacom). After this I have sent numerous follow up emails whereby and even visited the store once where she explained to me the application had to be re-done as there was issues with the first application. Now apparently it is approved but because the deal is over she cannot get it activated. This should not be my problem and I am seriously thinking of cancelling everything after the service I recieved. Please assist!!
