Vodacom doesn't want business ill go elsewhere

I waited 4 days for vodacom to contact me for a new contract and i waited 20mins in a queue when trying to phone. Its like vodacom doesnt want to give people contracts. I get a call back but the guy says he would call me in 5mins but never got a call back. In the mean time i got an sms saying my vetting was approved but i dont get any call back for a phone. This is disgusting.
