vodacom doesnt wanna reverse my contract..

<p>I ordered a cellphone contract from vodacom, I then later decided that I did not want the contract phone. So I called vodacom contract to reverse it for me, they promised they will. Now it's been more than 5 days and the contract hasn't been reversed. Everyday I call, the agent I speak to says they will reverse it. I'm starting to thing vodacom is doing this on purpose they want to force into a contract I do not want. Don't know whether your call centre agents are *********** or you just trying for trick me into a contract I do not want. PLEASE DO BETTER.</p>
