Vodacom doesnt provide no signal

Colorado park Mitchell's plain has max 1 bars signal 24/7. You are lucky if you get 1 bar of signal. Signal bars are constantly blank. My phone constantly needs to be on charge because my phone is searching for internet all the time. Making emergency calls or msgs is not possible. After reporting this to hello.peter 8 was contacted by a rep indicating the tower was down and a team is out working on it. Lies how could it have been down for the the year I've been living here I have this problem. Even raised it with the ward councilor joan woodman. To said to raise it with vodacom. 22.12.22 Dear Vodacom Customer. A service ticket with reference number AA-5P38-Q019C has been logged to a support team for investigation. Thank you Vodacom. 28.12.23 Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number AA-5P38-Q019C has been closed. Thank you Vodacom. Been SMSing them since I got this nonsense msg that the ticket has been closed. There has been absolutely no improvement what so ever. Vodacom went from the best network to the worst ever. Its disgusting the amount of money you make off people and not even keeping us happy. You not even providing the basic needs of your service. Vodacom should just close down its business. People should not support them. You basically paying for their long standing name. Not the service they provide.
