Vodacom doesn’t need Customers
Why must I pay more for increased rates when Vodacom doesn’t offer ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I have the prime issue. The data issue with the broken modem. The fact that was I told I could transfer data and media from my old phone to my new iPhone contract by the phoenix but that was impossible. That matter was escalated to Moud who did nothing . The LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON. How is Vodacom going to compensate me!

02 Jan 2026, 11:30VODACOM IS INTENTIONALLY DELAYING RESOLVING MY LONG LIST OF QUERIES. I’ve got about 8 sms for closed queries but nothing has been resolved since Oct 2025. The issue of bad service from Moud Shane Prellini from Aug 2024 not resolved but you’ll take my money. You’ll give me free lifetime access to Prime Video but your hello Peter manager says “lifetime means 7 days” the complaints go on and on and on but ABSOLUTELY NOBODY CAN RESOLVE A SINGLE ISSUE. WHY IS THE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Also Candice I ain’t going to any Vodacom store to listen to a call. Are you paying for the uber services and my time. Let’s calculate how many hours, days, weeks and months it’s taken of my life and still no complaints are resolved! I see CUSTOMER RETENTION IS NOT A PRIORITY TO VODACOM
