Vodacom doesnt let families grieve

My mother had an account at vodacom for years untill she died unexpectedly 2 years ago. We took all the cancellation papers to vodacom westgate and was told to email it as well which we did. We also emailed the death certificate and didnt hear from them again. Last year we started getting calls to her from lawyers, i told them everything and emailed them all the documents. Now they started calling and smsing me so much i had to block a lit of numbers. They refuse to believe she died and even though i send through the death certificate numerous times they dont stop. Every call opens rhe wound further and we as family cant heal because vodacom refuses to let us. Death is no excuse for canceling a contract and they will hound and torture your family untill they decide to stop. Its been 2 years of hell and it doesnt seem to be letting up.

How about an update...yes vodacom phoned me again and I blocked yet another number. They refuse to stop. Unless you like being harassed don't die while having a contract
