Vodacom doesnt know how to handle complaints

We are now on day 9 and still no one from Vodacom has called me. All im requesting is for Regional Manager to call me regarding my complaint. Instead Vodacom go and block on facebook as they dont want to deal with the complaint any further. As for Colleen your customer relations person who said she called she didn't, all lies. Do you think I would be going on like this if she had called me. I wont give up and I will carry on until I get a call. Even if it means I have to go into your head office. Such a pitty Vodacom doesn't take complaints seriously.

Hi
Please note that Colleen has NOT called me. I wouldn't be making such a fuss if she had called me. Colleen is lying to you. Ask her for the recording between me and her and you will find nothing. I would love you to send me this voice recording. I will continue post all over social media, I will also contact Cape Talk and air my views on the radio, I'm currently writing a article to put in our local newspaper to tell everyone about the bad service I have received from your Pinelands manager and the fact that Colleen has also ****. I won't stop until I get a phone call. And the fact you blocked me on your vodacom Facebook site and messenger, this just aggravated me to take this much further. I've also made appointment with friend who sister is lawyer to get legal advice regarding your manager at the Pinelands branch, how he **** about me. You most welcome to give Colleen number and I will call her. I'm not giving up until I get a phone call, it's what I've asked for from day one of my complaint = Feedback
