Vodacom doesn't know how to handle complaints

Hi Vodacom

Im still waiting a response from a regional manger western cape to call me. Since Colleen your customer relations office hasn't called - Lier. Why did you go and block me via facebook, is that im telling the truth and vodacom doesn't know how to deal with. Day 8 and still no update to my complaint Guess im going to have come into your head office in Durbanville since you dont want to get a manager to call.

HiPlease note that Colleen has NOT called me. I wouldn't be making such a fuss if she had called me. Colleen is lying to you. Ask her for the recording between me and her and you will find nothing. I would love you to send me this voice recording. I will continue post all over social media, I will also contact Cape Talk and air my views on the radio, I'm currently writing a article to put in our local newspaper to tell everyone about the bad service I have received from your Pinelands manager and the fact that Colleen has also ****. I won't stop until I get a phone call. And the fact you blocked me on your vodacom Facebook site and messenger, this just aggravated me to take this much further. I've also made appointment with friend who sister is lawyer to get legal advice regarding your manager at the Pinelands branch, how he **** about me. You most welcome to give Colleen number and I will call herI'm not giving up until I get a phone call, it's what I've asked for from day one of my complaint = Feedback
