Vodacom doesn't know how to deal with returns.

The Vodacom Store in Eastgate Shopping Centre is the worst store I have ever been to. It has a very *********** manager. Victor, the store manager is a lying manager that has no idea how to run a store.

Vodacom as a company is equally bad for force me to deal with Victor.

On the 14th of November I received a faulty 2019 13-inch MacBook Pro from the Vodacom Store Eastgate. The next return it to the store because it was constantly dying at 83%. The following week I've got a report from the iStore stating that the MacBook is faulty. I then asked for an out of box replacement.

Since the 19th of November until I have been waiting for a replacement MacBook. Five different Vodacom call centre have forced me to go back to the store Manager to get a replacement. The store manager then said to me he's still finding out how to get me a replacement MacBook.

On the 9th 0f December he said he ordered a new MacBook that I would receive on the 12th of December, which I did not receive. He then called me asking me for my email address because Apple wants to send me an email, which I still have not received.

I have never experienced such stupidity for a company and a Store manager. I don't know what to do anymore.
