Vodacom doesnt keep their word

<p>Wife bought a phone from vodacom at Galleria mall. we are from Pietermaritzburg and were on holiday. we just stopped by to see what deals were on. Reps impressed my wife with Huawei P9 lite. i stated lets get it when we back in PMB. however she was really impressed, they told her it comes with a free case and X2 free repairs to either screen or board. which made it even better for her. They mentioned that it did not matter if you took it in pmb or with them. We took the deal, and a freak accident happended and the screen was damaged. Sent phone to vodacom to do repair. Was told we dont have any free repairs!!!! Did these reps just say what they had to, to make a sale??? Pathetic as usual Vodacom!! i expect vodacom to uphold what they sold to me and that included 2 free repairs!!! Reps names were ( Nash & Shanon).</p> <p>Shanon also was a very confused sales person.</p> <p>Wife spoke to manager to try to help, he said he will call us back shortly (name Warren). he never called back. Wife phoned only to be told his gone home!!!! Terrible customer service!!!</p> <p>contact me for further info.</p>
