Vodacom doesn't disclosure full information

I app**** for a laptop online then they called me confirmed very thing but they didn't tell me whether I want an open line or not but I placed me straight there so I used their data without being unaware, I only realised that when I call in for an inquiry that's when they made me aware they cancelled it but I still owned them 5000 something for data called in again told them they must come get their laptop and cancel the contract, they came to collect the laptop but they never cancelled the contract and they still sending me statements and invoices so please cancel this contract as soon as possible for feedback please email me on ***
