Vodacom Doesn't Care For Their Customers

I am trying to send DM to Vodacom on twitter explaining that i bought Data which was not working and i specifically bought the one that lasts for one day so by midnight the data expired. They tell me I'm in a dodge area (how is Durban North, Virginia a dodge area?). I send them screenshots and they have completely ignored me. Whoever manages the twitter account should be fired because last time i wanted to log a complaint with Vodacom i was ignored completely.
