Vodacom doesn't care about you but your money

Vodacom gave my number to someone a number that I had used for 14years , because my account was handed over after I had paid the account they told me they deleted the number. As we speak my contacts of 14 years all in ashes. And boom the new guy was issued my number same exact number as the one they claim is deleted and the guy confirmed he is using Vodacom.

Vodacom you have managed to delete and recycle the number I have used for 14years . Why didn't you delete the money owed on the account. You have proven my point axactly you guys care about your clients money not them.
I am glad I have paid you your money but I will never use Vodacom again not in this life time so is my whole family.
