Vodacom Doesnt approve me for a device of R500

I have recently done an application for a Galaxy S6 online, Vodacom approved my contract, but not for a S6 but for an Iphone 4s. I earn more than enough for this device, and i have recently been approved to buy a house but i cant afford a cell phone? this makes absolutely no sense. thank you Vodacom, you just lost out on a client.
